Our Value Checking account is for students and young adults who just need a basic checking account with no fees or minimum balance requirements. You must be under 30 years old to qualify for the Value Account. This account will convert to a Thrifty Checking Plus account when the account holder turns 30 years old. (Please contact us at the Bank for further details on a Thrifty Checking Plus account).
- A minimum deposit of $100.00 is required to open the account.
- There is no Monthly Account Maintenance fee.
- You will receive a monthly statement listing all account activity. The Bank will retain all cancelled items.
- An inactivity fee of $5.00 per month will be charged on the account if there has not been a deposit or withdrawal from the account for 12 months and the account balance falls below $500.00.
