Q Are Fidelity State Bank deposit accounts FDIC insured?
A Yes, Fidelity State Bank & Trust Co. is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
A After your Fidelity State Bank checking application has been approved, you will receive Fidelity State Bank's routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department at your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.
