Third Street Branch (316 Gunsmoke Street)

  • All services will operate on regular business hours.

  • Telephone. Our Bookkeeping Department will continue to answer customer support telephone calls Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We appreciate your patience as we may have above-average call volumes at this time.

  • Online Banking. Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at fidelitybankdc.com and works on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Visit fidelitybankdc.com to begin the registration process.

  • Text Banking. Text Banking is a feature within Online Banking allows for quick access to your accounts. Register for the feature by accessing your Online Banking account at fidelitybankdc.com.

  • Telephone Banking. Telephone Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 620-227-2519. Register for the service by calling Telephone Banking at any time.
